Owner & CEO
Courtney Wolfe is the Owner of RentWise Property Management, established in 2012. She has lived in the Treasure Valley for more than 25 years and brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, property management, and small business ownership.
Courtney holds both the RMP® and MPM® designations through NARPM and maintains a real estate license to stay current with education and industry standards. She is also an active investment property owner, providing firsthand insight into investment strategy, asset protection, and long‑term performance.
She is passionate about education and regularly teaches and mentors within the industry. Courtney is deeply committed to raising industry standards through education, ethical leadership, and thoughtful property oversight.
Carly Florez
Operations Manager & Chief Financial Officer
Carly Florez serves as Operations Manager and Chief Financial Officer for RentWise Property Management. She holds the RMP®, MPM®, and CRMB® designations through NARPM, as well as an associate degree in business.
With 20 years of experience in property management bookkeeping and financial operations, Carly oversees trust accounting, financial reporting, and internal processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial clarity.
Her attention to detail and operational discipline play a key role in maintaining strong, reliable systems that support responsible growth and long‑term stability.
