Your secure Owner Portal provides 24/7 access to your property's financial information, including monthly statements, income and expense activity, maintenance invoices, and important documents. Timely Owner Distributions
Rental proceeds are distributed by ACH direct deposit, typically between the 10th and 12th of each month, along with your monthly owner statement. Our goal is to provide accurate reporting, timely distributions, and complete transparency so you always know where your investment stands.
