We screen our Residents credit score, a national criminal background screen, proof of income, proof of employment, past rental history and more to greatly reduce the risk of an eviction. However, they can still occur.
RentWise Property Management's Eviction Protection Services aim to safeguard landlords from the costs of evicting a Resident. For an annual service charge of $132, landlords can have peace of mind knowing that RentWise will pay the costs of removing a Resident from the property if necessary.
RentWise Property Management’s Rent Assurance Option provides owners with one month's rental income if there is a loss of rental income during the eviction process. This service is only available in conjunction with the Eviction Protection Service.
